Yuki Mori, Ph.D.
Preclinical Platform Manager | Core Facility for Integrated BioImaging
University of Copenhagen
SUMMARY
I am a preclinical bioimaging researcher and imaging specialist, particularly in high-field MRI/MRS. My research integrates the development and validation of quantitative, contrast-enhanced, diffusion, and functional MRI with broad biological applications in neuroscience, neurofluid physiology, cerebrovascular disease, immunology, and therapeutic delivery. A central theme is to translate imaging innovation into mechanistic in vivo studies, particularly of cerebrospinal/interstitial fluid transport and brain fluid/solute clearance. With over 15 years of managing core facilities and developing imaging protocols across Osaka University, NICT, RIKEN, and the University of Copenhagen, I've built platforms that enable breakthrough discoveries in brain-immune interactions and neurofluid dynamics.
I have authored 84 peer-reviewed publications, including 17 first-author and 13 corresponding-author papers.
