Welcome to my academic homepage. I am Yuki Mori, Ph.D., based at the Preclinical Platform within the Core Facility for Integrated BioImaging (CFIB) at the University of Copenhagen. My research is centered on advancing bioimaging techniques, with a particular focus on preclinical MRI/MRS. I am dedicated to developing innovative imaging solutions that enhance our understanding of biological processes at the preclinical/translational level. My research also lies at the intersection of preclinical neuroimaging and neurobiology, with a primary focus on understanding neurofluids, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics, and the glymphatic system. Using cutting-edge imaging technologies—particularly high-field MRI — my work aims to visualize brain-wide fluid flow, investigate central nervous system (CNS) clearance pathways, and explore how these processes are altered in physiological states like sleep and pathological conditions like stroke, brain edema, and neurodegenerative diseases.
